By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Services
AF Fabworks sells fabricated parts, drift suspension components, and offers custom vehicle setup and fabrication services. Product images are representative; actual parts may vary slightly due to the custom or handmade nature of fabrication work.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full (or as agreed for deposits on custom work) before production or shipping begins, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any order already confirmed will honor the price at the time of purchase.

Sales & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our parts and fabrication services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or work has begun. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.

Custom Work & Booking
Setup and fabrication bookings are scheduled based on shop availability. Timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to parts availability, vehicle condition discovered during work, or shop workload. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we're aware of them.

Vehicle Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy and legally compliant for their intended use (including track or drift events) after any modification. AF Fabworks is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, or use outside the intended purpose of installed parts.

Warranty
Fabricated parts are covered against manufacturing defects for a period to be specified at time of sale. This warranty does not cover damage from installation error by a third party, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear from track/drift use.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, and build photography, is the property of AF Fabworks and may not be used without permission.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
